1. Who we are

Dog-Bandanas.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
 

2. Products

We sell:

  • Pre-printed dog bandanas (held in stock), and

  • Custom printed dog bandanas (made to order).

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but minor variations may occur (e.g. colour or print position).
 

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • There is an error in pricing or description

  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity

If we cancel an order, any payment taken will be refunded.
 

4. Prices and payment

All prices on the website are shown in GBP (£), we do not currently charge VAT.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
 

5. Shipping and delivery

We will dispatch your order to the delivery address you provide.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, severe weather) are not our responsibility, but we will do our best to help resolve issues.

Please check your address details carefully. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 

6. Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary:

  • Pre-printed bandanas (stock items): can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Custom printed bandanas (bespoke items): not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or we have made an error.

7. Custom designs and intellectual property

For custom printed dog bandanas, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to use any logos, text or artwork you supply.

  • Your design does not infringe any third-party rights (e.g. copyright, trademarks).

  • Your design is not unlawful, offensive or discriminatory.

You grant us a licence to use your supplied artwork solely for the purpose of producing your order.

All content on Dog-Bandanas.co.uk (including images, text and logos) remains our property or that of our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
 

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business or goodwill).

  • Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order.
     

9. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
